The most common plumbing problems in the Roswell area are clogged drains and toilets. Grease is one of the chief causes for clogs in toilets and sinks. It can accumulate on the inside of your pipes, growing thicker over time until the drain hole is completely blocked - rendering your plumbing useless! Other common plumbing issues we get called to do plumbing repairs on include leaky faucets and pipes, water heater issues, low water pressure and running toilets.
The top things to consider when choosing a licensed electrician include:
- What are their reviews saying and how many do they have?
- Check licenses and insurances.
- Is their quote fair and competitive?
- If your job is specialized, do they have experience in that field?
- Has somebody recommended them or can they show you references? Do they have a professional attitude and appearance?
Keeping all these things in mind will help you to choose the best qualified electrician near Roswell, GA.

Tested system not cooling for the main level. Tested cooling from the thermostat. Found the unit is leaking. Refrigerant and low by 3 pounds. Used electronic detector to find leaking in the evaporator coil. Also tested all other components and found the condenser coil, very dirty, drain line with buildup and ran flat, capacitor outside is low, no line, set insulation, blower motor, and wheel rusted from a failed AC that has leaked down into the blower section and no locking cap installed. Also, indoor air quality devices can help prevent growth in the system and home along with adding longevity to the unit. Customer decided to go with the Band-Aid repair for now due to the fact that they are moving very soon. Evaporator coil will need to be ordered and job will be scheduled to replace.
